Sungai Serabek Village Government Opens Recruitment for 1 Village Official

Residents aged 20–42 with at least a senior high school education may apply for one vacant village official position. The registration schedule and place will be announced later.

To fill a vacant village official position, the Sungai Serabek Village Government, Teluk Keramat District, Sambas Regency, invites eligible residents to take part in the village official recruitment. There is 1 (one) vacancy.

The recruitment is based on Sambas Regency Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2017 on Village Officials and Sungai Serabek Village Head Decree No. 10 on the Formation of the Sungai Serabek Village Official Recruitment Team.

General requirements

  1. Citizen of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. Devoted to God Almighty.
  3. Educated to at least senior high school level or equivalent.
  4. Aged 20 to 42 years.
  5. Complete all administrative requirements (see below).

Administrative documents

  1. Registered as a resident, shown by an identity card (KTP) or a residence certificate.
  2. A signed statement of faith in God Almighty, with sufficient duty stamp (meterai).
  3. A signed statement of upholding Pancasila as the state foundation and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, with sufficient duty stamp.
  4. A signed statement of not currently serving a criminal sentence, with sufficient duty stamp.
  5. Legalised photocopies of all diplomas, from primary school to the latest.
  6. A photocopy of the birth certificate legalised by an authorised official.
  7. A job-seeker card (kartu kuning) issued by an authorised official.
  8. A health certificate from a community health centre (Puskesmas) or regional hospital (RSUD) in Sambas Regency.
  9. An application letter to become a village official, written by the applicant.
  10. Good conduct, shown by a police certificate (SKCK).
  11. A signed statement of not being a political party official.
  12. Not concurrently employed by a state-, regional-, or village-owned enterprise, not a temporary employee of the central/regional government, not a member of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and not a political party official.
  13. Civil servants, military (TNI), and police (POLRI) personnel who apply must attach written permission from their parent institution.
  14. Three (3) colour passport photos, 4 × 6 cm.

All requirements must be submitted in person by the prospective candidate at registration and cannot be submitted by someone else.
